The project involved a full build-out of retail pastry and dessert space designed for high-impact brand presence, customer engagement, and late-night foot traffic typical of the neighborhood.

The build-out supports a robust food service operation offering more than 30 signature doughnut varieties — including fan favorites like the Bacon Maple Bar and Memphis Mafia — alongside vegan options and Wynwood-exclusive flavors such as the Sublime Key Lime doughnut.

Ascend Dental & Implant Center is a modern dental practice built within a commercial building in Hollywood, Florida. The project entailed a complete tenant build-out to deliver a fully functional, patient-ready dental clinic focused on both general and advanced dentistry — including implant placement, restorative care, cosmetic treatments, and routine dental services.

The Cape Coral Pei Wei location is a newly constructed restaurant build-out situated at the Cape Coral Commons retail center on the prominent Pine Island Road corridor — a key hub in one of Southwest Florida’s fastest-growing markets. The project involved delivering a full tenant improvement contract for a vibrant Asian-inspired dining concept within a multi-tenant shopping destination alongside national and regional eateries, personal services, and retail tenants.

This Moncler pop-up installation at Aventura Mall delivered an elevated luxury retail presence aligned with the brand’s seasonal campaign “Warmer Together,” showcasing curated Fall/Winter collections in an engaging temporary environment. The installation was strategically located on the mall’s Lower Level near Nordstrom, integrating seamlessly within a premium tenant mix known for driving high foot-traffic and experiential retail engagement.

I Scream Wynwood is a high-visibility retail fit-out located in Miami’s vibrant Wynwood Arts District — a cultural hub renowned for its street art, galleries, and dynamic mixed-use developments. The scope involved the interior build-out and tenant improvement of an artisanal gelato shop within ground-floor retail space of the Society Wynwood mixed-use development, serving both local residents and the heavy foot traffic associated with Wynwood’s art and entertainment ecosystem. This project supports the brand’s expansion strategy in South Florida, following successful openings in Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale, and showcases the client’s commitment to premium finishes, creative design elements, interactive brand experiences, and community engagement within a culturally rich district.

PediKidz Interior Renovation consisted of transforming a historic feed store into a facility to treat kids with disabilities providing the community in need with a welcoming space full of color and purpose. The building received a brand new façade with impact windows, new flooring finishes, millwork for work stations, office spaces, and a mezzanine for an admin space.

Papa John’s Turtle Crossings was a 1,800 SF vanilla box space that was converted into a Quick Service Pizza Restaurant and it entailed the installation of a New Grease Trap, Natural Gas Line, new Roof Top Units, Pizza Ovens, and Hood to serve the Back of House functionality with new Papa John’s store concept finishes in the Front of House.

HCA Palms West OBGYN was a 6,500 SF interior renovation of an existing Office Space to accommodate a new OBGYN Center for HCA Healthcare to serve the community of Women in the West Palm Beach Area in need of services. This new center contains 8 Exam Rooms, 2 Offices, a Reception Area, Clean Storage Rooms, MA Office / Stations.

Kung Fu Chicken is an interior remodel of an existing Restaurant to accommodate a new Fried Chicken Concept. The scope of work consisted in a total gut & renovation inclusive of new Front of House and Back of House Finishes, New Hood Equipment, HVAC Equipment upgrades, new Grease Trap, upgraded Electrical Service, and new a Millwork Package.

Amelia Aesthetics is an Interior Renovation of a previous medical imaging space, into a plastic surgery office space with Office-Based Surgery functionality. A new inviting luxury lobby space with high-end finishes and millwork was built to welcome patients, and office / treatment room spaces were constructed for private consultation areas equipped with Upper and Lower Cabinets, and Stone Countertops.
