The Citi-Center Build-Out consisted in a full interior renovation of an existing office in a class-A office space in North Miami. All finishes were upgraded to meet contemporary class-A quality which included Herculite Glass Doors, Butt-Glazed Glass Partitions for Conference Room and Office Walls, New Millwork Package for Kitchenette, Custom LVT Floors, New Armstrong Ceiling Grid and Tile, and new LED Light Fixtures.
