As President of Construction for Fortum Construction, Adam manages all phases of construction. His responsibilities include assisting project managers, preconstruction managers with estimates, preparing scopes of work, contracts, purchase orders, reports and budgets. Adam organizes and manages project quality, schedule, and site safety ensuring the highest standards are met.

Adam has over nine years of Construction Management experience in South Florida. His diverse experience includes a myriad of South Florida projects featuring a multitude of institutional, commercial mix-used, higher education, office interiors, hospitality, and healthcare projects. As an expert Project Manager, and a well-respected leader, Adam has the capability to manage multiple projects with different personalities, professionals, and project stakeholders from groundbreaking all the way to completion with excellence and resolution.
