Chipotle Cutler Bay was a new 2,500 SF Habanero Style Interior Build-Out of two Vanilla Box spaces, combining them into one Unit while converting the use of the space from a Soft Retail to a Food & Beverage equipped unit with a new Hood System, Kitchen Supply / Exhaust Fans, Grease Trap, Natural Gas, and new Back of House and Front of House Finishes for Chipotle Mexican Grill.
