Schaltkulisse is an interior buildout of an existing warehouse location in the Magic City Innovation District. This 3,500 GSF buildout is comprised of a new parking lot, high-end European finishes, steel mezzanine structure, luxury coffee-bar, glass storefront, glazed railings, and expansive car showroom. This design was directly inspired by the client’s original showroom currently located in Munich, Germany.
